Our ability to cast custom designed polyurethane components is the reason we were contracted to make these V-rollers, which were going to be used in the tubing and piping industry. We made aluminum split molds and cast the polyurethane onto steel cores. The V-rollers had a final outer diameter of 4.750" and a width of 2.500" with a 0.750" deep V-grove. The finished products featured resistance to oil, cutting, and wear.
