Our fully equipped facilities enable us to fabricate any range of polyurethane hardness, from very soft 15A to extremely hard 75D, in many different sizes, shapes and colors. Our experienced staff has manufactured items as small as 3/8" diameter and as large as 12" diameter and 150" long. We have produced non-marking polyurethane products, sound dampeners, and more intricate products such as dual durometers for various industries including the Automotive, Transportation and Paper Industry. Our thermally activated batch mixing process uses only the highest grade raw materials in mixing tanks held at 30 lb/in vacuum to ensure the best quality polyurethane possible.
